Macgill stars as blues crush redbacks-turned-sharks Mitch Gaudet who finds himself at the mercy of another one, and his own life.

"The fact is, we are all connected through relationships. We are all connected by love," he says, echoing his own experience as a child growing up with father Jim (John Fealty) and mother (Kendrick Jackson). "And I have to live with the fact that I am a part of that," he adds.

Gaudet will next appear as a major player in the comedy drama, "Love & War," on Netflix next year. He plays Mark, the man who can see past a bond of trust but can't forgive his lover, played by actress Jennifer Carpenter.

Gaudet's last big role was in The Young and the Restless. He plays the lead in a comedy called Bunkie in its third season, and stars in comedy-musical films The Bachelorette, A Bit Of Both, and The Fuzz (about an alcoholic who becomes friends with a girl in bed). He also is starring in the British comedy show, The Bachelorette, about the first date.

Now 25, Gaudet now shares a house in Toronto with fiance Katie Macgill and their two-year-old daughter, daughter Mia.

In an interview with the Toronto Sun earlier this year, he opened up about the emotional toll of his relationships and his desire to "do something to do something about it."

What are your thoughts on this new book/ movie/ stage play?

I'm fascinated by the emotional rollercoaster that the lives of young people go through, and especially by the way it affects relationships. What do we do about it? Do we talk to each other about it? Do we let the storm pass? Do we just deal with it?

One day my father's partner was killed. I went to see him and went through his life. It felt like there was something missing to me. His family, his friends, all the things I loved about him. But I could also see the stuff I disliked, but I could not fully understand what it was that was causing it. And that's all wrong.

When you're dealing with something that is so personal, all of our thoughts and feelings are so powerful, and how we express ourselves will take on a life of its own. We don't always see it the way we see it.

And this book comes out on the heels of this film and I feel like I was part of a lot of it. They have really put together a very specific, very specific way of reading your life and writing it, but as you go through it th

The Blues have won at least two in a row for the first time since March 5 and look to be on track for the biggest win in franchise history for just the third time in 22 years.
