Invictus: highlights day 2
The last match in the second round of WCS Korea, featuring a rematch between Bomber and Maru. This is one of the best games in the match and the first time Bomber had been faced off on TvZ since 2013. Bomber dominated the game at some point during the series, but Maru took the early lead and went on to win with a score of 5-0.
GSL Season 3 Ro32 - Scarlett & HerO vs Innovation & ByuL
Game one of the first round of this season's GSTL. In another highly competitive match, Scarlett and HerO took on ByuL and Innovation in Game 2 of the first round. The match goes to a third game, as both players get greedy, leading to a very tense opening where Scarlett is forced to choose between getting all 4 bases to attack or defending against the 2 base harass from Harstem, but he is successful in getting the third and then taking a win after making a few good pushes in both games.
GSL Season 3 Ro32 - PartinG vs Parting
Game 1 of this finals in GSL Season 3. In this game, Parting has a strong opening, but fails to get the early nexus that would have allowed him to go for the win. He is ultimately able to force the Terran back with several lings, but Parting finds himself down by 3 supply to nothing and his unit count takes a nosedive at the 15 minute mark, leaving Parting with no more gas left in his ramp to the natural. Parting then went on to play some fine PvZ with his army going over half way. With three roaches and another probe on the ground, the game is quickly over and a quick victory for Parting. He and Parting's opponent met up in the semifinals after losing their second straight GSL semifinal.
GSL Season 3 Ro32 - INnoVation vs Parting, Parting wins 3-2
Game one of the first round of GSL Season 3. In the first game of the second round, INnoVation has gotten a relatively solid early game lead. But Parting is able to secure his third base with an extremely potent gateway push that kills INnoVation's natural with ease. INnoVation has gone on to play a somewhat poor game, but he came away from this matchup with a commanding 2-0 win in the second game of the final.
GSL Season 3 Ro32 - INnoVation vs Parting, Parting wins 3-1
The second semifinal game from WCS KR. In this game, INnoVation tries to catch Parting off-guard and does well against him at the first gate as well a

Greens senator sarah hanson young nauru spying claims
In the course of a day-long Senate committee hearing, Senator John Madigan, Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young and Professor of International Law Professor Michael Kirby appeared before the joint parliamentary committee investigating the NSA's mass phone records collection.
The senators, whose questioning has not been released to the public, questioned the legality of mass phone data collection as they were the only witnesses who were given formal access to the NSA's mass phone-records collection programmes, which the agency had not acknowledged to the committee.
Senator Madigan and Professor Kirby argued that mass collection of metadata from telecommunications data was legal on its own merits without regard to the privacy implications for people in Australia. The Greens Senator argued that the bulk of phone metadata was "the data that is about us... there's nothing about which you don't know," she said.
This prompted the members of the committee's intelligence and security select committee, including Liberal MP Bruce Billson, to press for a more thorough examination of the privacy implications of mass data collection.
Senator Madigan and Professor Kirby argue that because metadata is collected by intelligence agencies "as opposed to law enforcement agencies in a manner similar to the way that the NSA collects data of telephone number and length of service records".
The senators argue that mass surveillance of data about ordinary Australian citizens, including "all telephone metadata" has long been rejected by Australian law.
Senator Madigan and Professor Kirby argue that mass mass collection "is contrary to the principle of individual, limited, in all respects, political and economic self-government" “ the principle underpinning their principle "on the one hand, <Australian> citizens' right to participate in a free, democratic, independent country on the other", as well as the principle of the "universal right to privacy".
In their view, while data about Australian citizens is protected by the Australian Constitution, it remains vulnerable to mass surveillance by intelligence agencies under an "overbroad interpretation" of the Communications (Interception and Access) Act 2003 and the Commonwealth Data Retention (Transparency) Act, since mass surveillance "does not take account of individual circumstances and is directed against large numbers of persons at once".
"The extent, breadth, and complexity of information about our individual conversations and relationships is, therefore, the ultimate threat to privacy from mass surveillance. Such activities do not need warrant, because data protection would survive a warrant that may or may not protect the privacy of the individual concerned," the senators said.
The senators' claims of the mass metadata collection was confirmed by Senator Bill C-34, the companion bill on the same subject to the NSA-Greens bill, which was introduced in the Senate today.
Senator C-34, who has a reputation for being a
